Minor Magistrates

Local ruling body in Gornya. Composed of the 9 most learned people in the town, elected every year. Important duties include electing to new members to the Telya, creating and upholding local laws, and appointing general administrators for the town. Each Minor Magistrate must draw from his own personal funds to benefit the town during his or her term. Of late, Minor Magistrates have been funding more and more elaborate projects to increase their family's honor.
